Perseid & M13 Star Cluster

Last night was a pleasant surprise, clear sky’s and a reasonably warm night. Great for getting out with the scope and camera, especially with the peak of the Perseids meteor shower with an estimated 60-100 visible per hour. Perseid I watch the Perseid meteor shower every year but this year seemed even more of a spectacle, viewing at least 20 shooting stars. Yay! Look whats just arrived:   Turn left at Orion! This book has come recommended by several people on different websites and forums. Had a quick scan through and looks like a great book, will post more once I’ve had chance to read it and test it out while using my scope.
